Aswar is a swimming coach from Sri Lanka with more than 20 years of coaching experience and has participated in major competitions.
Work Profile:
- Specialised in proper technique in all of the competitive strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, and freestyle
- Coaches young swimmers, fitness swimmers, and the competitive pool swimmers.
Certifications
- International coach Certificate from Authority of Youth & Sports, UAE.
- International coach certificate from UAE Swimming Association, recognized by FINA.
- Certified of Lifeguard, first Aid and CPR from American Red cross.
Languages Known:
English, Urdu, Hindi, Sinhala, Tamil and Little Malayalam.

Valsala is a swimmer since 5 years of age. She is a national gold-medalist and is passionate about swimming.

- Coaches kids and adults in group classes and private classes, and is also capable of teaching the advanced level.
- Specialises in all the 4 strokes, maily in the butterfly stroke.
Certifications:
- Completed her Guard course,basic first aid, CPR in UAE.
- Has completed her coaching certification course (ASCA level 1,2,3)from India.
